Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
